- Birth Certificate
- Medical Certificate of the Child
- Copy of the Aadhar Card of the Child and Parent
- Passport-size photographs of the Child and Parent
- Immunisation Record ( Only in case of Montessori)
- Previous school report card (if applicable)
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
